Offering a solid weight for the stage, the alder body of the NS Ethos High Performance supplies outstanding groundwork for growling bass tones. Plus, those huge and iconic Spector horns look tough and deliver a flawless feel for all frets! Speaking of frets, you’ve got a whopping 24 to work with, all stationed atop a gloriously smooth and remarkably sustain-filled ebony fingerboard. However, what connects the two is perhaps just as important, if not more: a neck-thru design crafted from 3-piece maple. Shaved to a comfortable “C”-shaped profile, the neck of the NS Ethos High Performance gives its playability that extra push over the edge ? talk about flawless feel!

An armament of EMG 40DC humbuckers gives the NS Ethos High Performance its name, and understandably so! These pickups come engineered with dual coils and ceramic bar magnets that offer a high-output delivery tuned for aggressive delivery and powerful performances onstage. But beneath the temptation of high-output harshness is an impressively diverse tonal palate. When you don’t require as much growl, the NS Ethos High Performance extends its range into marvelously clear territories. And its sonics are professionally shapeable, courtesy of a 4-control layout boasting per-pickup volume knobs and both Treble and Bass Cut/Boost controls.
